Start frame + end frame. Let the model fill the journey.

Seedance 2 takes a start image AND an end image. Give it both ends of a beat and it generates the continuous camera move between them — a real journey, not a morph. Chain the beats so each clip's end frame is the next clip's start frame and you get one seamless descent. The final end frame is your own face, so the reveal is really you.

  2. 02Run 3 Seedance 2 Mini image-to-video clips using start+end frames: atlas->Cairo (Nile travel), Cairo->necropolis (the descent), necropolis->your pharaoh (the reveal). 16:9, 720p, 15/10/15s, genre auto.
  3. 03Stitch the three with short dissolves on the shared frames. Down the Nile, into the tomb, out as the pharaoh.
Two things that make or break it

Keyframe continuity is the whole trick: each clip's end frame must be the next clip's start frame, or the joins jump. Share the exact frame and the dissolves go invisible.

For the 'it's really you' reveal, don't describe your face in words — generate the final keyframe FROM your photo (your face into a cyber-pharaoh), then make THAT the end frame. And Seedance Mini is about half the credits of full 2.0, but its safety filter is twitchy on totally benign shots — if it blocks, just re-run.
