The protagonist: a warrior severed from his own memory, mid-fight and half-sure of it. Weathered, deliberate, a molten crack of red light running down one side of his face — and, in the Mirror cut, the cold blue-lit self he was severed from staring back across the blade. The showcase shows the hero read — the face, the wardrobe language, the storm-lit palette — without the identity kit that keeps his likeness locked across every shot.
The Act I beats, in order, as loglines only: 1. Awakening — he wakes in the shrine-temple with a blade he does not remember drawing. 2. The Walk — he crosses the torii gate over the cracked masks of who he used to be. 3. The Mirror — the severed self answers, blade to blade. 4. The Reckoning — the debt comes due. The published board carries these beats without the per-shot direction captions that make it executable — the shot grammar stays in the kit.
Where it happens: an abandoned shrine-temple lost to violence — a torii gate over wet black stone, bamboo bent in the storm, paper lanterns guttering, rain that never lets up. Cold monument scale against a warrior who looks small inside it. The showcase gives the mood and the palette; the hand-drawn movement map that pins spatial continuity between shots stays in the kit.
Face-first redo — Act I rebuilt on the face-first pipeline: Soul-anchored identity with per-shot side-law and pose sheets, locking facial continuity across the whole storm-temple sequence. Supersedes the v1 drift; Chapter I (Awakening) + the Mirror cut went live on Instagram.
