The pre-film board for the SEVERANCE saga’s second-season forge chapter — the planning artifact that exists BEFORE a single clip is generated. Character bibles carried forward from season one, additive identity boards, the forge world bible, five locked story boards, and the hook-rebuild continuity chain. This is what disciplined AI filmmaking looks like at the planning stage; the Elite kit is the full interactive board.

Everything locked before generation: the three season-one character bibles and the anchor that keeps two faces from merging, additive identity boards for wounded/battle states, the forge world bible, five locked story boards, and the rebuilt consequence-first hook with its continuity board.
